Nicole Wong

Nutritionist & Head of Nutrition

Nicole is passionate about food and nutrition. She wants her clients to learn how to enjoy food but manage to stay in a sustainable healthy lifestyle. After gaining experience in providing nutritional consultations to clients for about 4 years, she pursued her dream to complete a patisserie diploma at Le Cordon Bleu London as she enjoyed baking so much. She then wrote two low-calorie recipe books to share her tips on guilt-free healthy baking. 

 

Nicole has been providing nutritional consultations and assigning personalised meal plans to clients who need weight management since 2010 and she is experienced in handling clients with medical issues such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension, constipation or clients with special needs such as pregnant or lactating women. She believes that everyone can have a balance between food and health. 

Nicole’s areas of expertise include but are not limited to: weight management, improved medical conditions e.g. hyperlipidemia, hypertension, nutrition for pregnancy and lactation, nutrition for a healthy lifestyle, dine-out strategies, healthy home-cooking, recipe development, and nutrition education.

Emily Ng

Senior Nutritionist

Emily graduated with a BSc in Food and Nutrition from the UK. She is passionate about nutrition, dietary behaviour, quality of food and quality of life. It has always been her dream to find a job that’s related to food and health. Her aim is to help and influence individuals to create a better lifestyle while enjoying delicious food.

Emily has been providing professional nutritional and dietary consultations to clients of different age groups, nationalities and health conditions with issues such as elevated cholesterol, hypertension, constipation, and being overweight. She believes that everyone is unique. Therefore, no one diet fits all. Every diet plan should be flexible and personal to achieve one’s ultimate goals.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Emily studied in the UK for 9 years before starting her career. As such, she’s very familiar with a wide range of healthy food choices from diverse cuisines including Hong Kong-style, Western, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc., whether it’s homemade or takeaway.

She also enjoys creating new delicious recipes as she advocates that a healthy lifestyle should be fun and sustainable. Her coaching style is direct and straightforward, she loves to guide and motivate clients using a step-by-step process, set short-term goals at each consultation, and educate individuals to become the master of their own food environment.

Catherine Yuen

Nutritionist

Catherine takes a holistic, sustainable approach to coach her clients. She believes in the philosophy of "eat right, not less" and that nutrition services should not only be personalised but also innovative. She provides coaching to individuals affected by various health conditions such as underweight, overweight, fatty liver, gout, eating disorders and pregnancy etc.

Being approachable and empathetic, Catherine creates a supportive environment where clients feel understood and valued. With a commitment to helping individuals achieve optimal health, Catherine empowers to make informed choices and develop lifelong habits that support their well-being.

Amy Ng

Nutritionist

Amy is a dedicated and passionate nutritionist specializing in whole food plant-based diets. When it comes to giving nutritional advice, she adopts an integrated holistic approach to collaborate with her clients. With evidence-based nutrition and food science as tools, she aims to empower her clients to shop smart, cook smart, and eat smart. She firmly believes that healthy eating shouldn't be complicated and restrictive, but rather a pure enjoyment in the long run. The missing pieces are the nutritional know-how and coaching support. Prior to joining the team, Amy ran a local handcrafted vegan bakery business and occasionally hosted workshops and seminars to educate the public on wellness and sustainability.
